Professor Hans Kok is Dean of the International Business School The Hague, overseeing program development, accreditation, and quality standards. He teaches leadership, project management, agriculture, and research methods, training leaders across government, business, and nonprofits worldwide.
He holds a PhD in Biology from Radboud University Nijmegen, with expertise in aquatic ecology and soil science, and has authored numerous publications, co-authored books, and holds four patents in sustainable plant protection. His career began at Wageningen University in plant research and soil ecology, later expanding into leadership, R&D management, and business development.
Professor Kok is also a Visiting Professor at Redeemer’s University (Nigeria) and Deputy Faculty Member at Bakke Graduate University (USA). Fluent in Dutch, English, and German, he speaks internationally on leadership, ethics, sustainability, and organizational development.
