HRM Nene Sakite II is the Paramount Chief of Manya Klo, President of the Eastern Regional House of Chiefs and Chairman of the Committee on Governance at the National House of Chiefs.
He attended college in the United States of America and obtained a BA degree in Economics and MA in International Economic Development from Clark University and MBA in Financial Management. Due to his significant educational experience, he landed job opportunities with financial institutions and worked to the level of director/senior consultant, while at the same time took on additional responsibilities as a lecturer in colleges and universities in Massachusetts.
Indeed, he gained admission into the doctoral program (EdD) in Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. This opportune ambition, however, had to be suspended in order to relocate to Ghana to serve his people and nation.
His book, “The Gospel and Tradition: The Royal Narrative,” makes impeccable contributions to the body of knowledge in culture. Also, his vast experience and leadership role in cultural practices make him the most suitable choice as the moderator for this International Conference on Culture Preservation, which is grounded in the SDG Goals, Agenda 11.4.
