Dr. Najmeh Sheikholeslam is a lecturer and researcher in Strategic Management and Human Resources at the International Business School The Hague. She teaches across undergraduate to doctoral levels in HRM, Organizational Behavior, Business and Healthcare Management, blending theory with practice.

She holds a PhD in Strategic Management from Tarbiat Modares University, a Master’s in HRM from the University of Tehran, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Esfahan University. Her professional background includes HR, performance, and project management roles at Kherad Complex, MTN Group, and telecom research projects.

Her publications cover organizational coordination, HR practices, and women’s empowerment through NGOs. Actively engaged in volunteer initiatives, she supports women’s and disability welfare causes. Fluent in English and Farsi, with working knowledge of Dutch and Arabic, she brings an international perspective to her teaching, research, and speaking.
